| Local MSP Allan Wilson has rejected
calls for him to back a pre-construction audit of A78 Three Towns Bypass.
In letters to Transport Minister,
Iain Gray and Robert Black the Auditor General, Mr Wilson backs the early
completion of the new Bypass.
Mr Wilson had been asked for support
from the Scottish Association for Public Transport, Transform Scotland
and Friends of the Earth Scotland but rejected their arguments saying they
enjoyed little or no public support locally.
